Structured 12 week program to realise AI value with Copilot in Your Business while creating Positive Impacts at the same time. 1 day of support per week for the next 12 weeks. We start your journey by going through a onboarding session to walk through contracts, the programme structure and arrange a start date for your 12 week programme. We can offer a quote for discounted Copilot Licenses if needed. Month 1 – Awareness & Readiness Objective: Build understanding and assess current state. Activities: o Kick-off workshop: “AI for SMBs – Opportunities & Risks” o AI Readiness Assessment (tech, data, culture) o Stakeholder mapping & change impact analysis o Choose Positive Impact Projects • Outputs: Readiness report + prioritized AI use cases • Indicators: Completed assessment, leadership alignment score ________________________________________ Month 2 – Strategy & Design Objective: Develop actionable AI roadmap with people-first principles. Activities: o Co-create AI Strategy aligned with business goals o Define ethical guidelines & governance framework o Design training plan for staff (focus on augmentation, not replacement) • Outputs: AI Strategy Document + Change Management Plan • Indicators: Approved roadmap, governance structure in place ________________________________________ Month 3 – Pilot & Embed Objective: Test and refine AI integration in one or two processes.
