Vision the Future Workshop

Service Description

2 - 3 accredited attendees will take you through a remote workshop split into 2 half days . We'll follow Microsoft's Best Practice approach to take you through and Envisaging Workshop We'll quickly assess opportunities and accelerate initiatives for business impact with an organization’s business decision-makers (BDMs), affected personnel (ex: frontline workers), and other key stakeholders. Working together, the right audience group can: Capture and understand business challenges Produce a comprehensive list of ideas Create a prioritized list of ideas to formulate actionable solution opportunities Co-define and co-design solutions that can later be prototyped and tested We'll need to prepare for this success and we'll equally need some time to present back, and recommend where to look next.
